Help Build an Endowment Fund to Preserve Tampa Union Station for Future Generations!

Since its opening in 1912, Tampa Union Station has stood the test of time. It has served Tampa travelers in a changing world: through 20 U.S. Presidents, two World Wars, and the Great Depression. Millions of train passengers have passed though Tampa Union Station, in 

good times and bad.

Now it’s our turn to stand by her.

The station is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a City of Tampa designated Landmark. Once endangered, it was restored in 1998 thanks to a grassroots effort led largely by volunteers. It is now owned by the citizens of Tampa through their municipal government.

A permanent endowment fund for Tampa Union Station is now being built at the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay. Proceeds from this endowment fund will help care for and maintain Tampa Union Station for the future. Join us!
