    Service cuts to Pinellas County are no joke this year. Just barely into the start of 2020, Amtrak vacated and destaffed its bus location on US-19 in Pinellas Park, but the buses continued to stop at the location. Passengers just had to wait outside and there was no checked baggage or ticket sales agents to help passengers.

    Now, Amtrak has had to move away from the location and got the run around as to where the new bus stop will be located. My advice: CALL AMTRAK AND SPEAK TO AN AGENT to find out exactly where to catch the Amtrak Thruway bus in Pinellas County. THERE IS ERRONEOUS INFO POSTED ON THE DOOR OF THE OLD LOCATION, SO DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING THERE! I also found the address poste4d on the door tricky to find.
