Romney was addressing a Tea Party crowd, and is notorious for tailoring his message to his audience. Nobody knows what Romney would actually do, if elected, even Romney. Didn't you hear Letterman's joke the other night?

"Times Square hookers are offering a Mitt Romney special. For an extra $20, they'll change position."

Now it is unanimous, all the Republican candidates want to cut out rail. Frankly, I don't support Amtrak anymore after the whitewash we got on the Sunset Ltd., and Boardman has to go, he is the real problem now, much more than any politician. However, I still support Obama, although his emphasis on HSR has hurt passenger rail for at least another generation.

There are enough unworthy candidates for president to make a cesspool overflow, and they all deserve to drown in it.
