Florida May Have to Return Feds' $110 Million for Terminating High Speed Rail Program

Apparently, Florida spent $110 million in Federal grants for high speed rail.

Now that Governor Scott has terminated the project, those funds will have to be repaid.

    I'll be delighted if the $110 million goes out west to California: I know they will gladly put it to good use.
