What a bunch of wimps. The issue was not whether or not to accept the money. The issue was whether or not the governor had the authority to refuse it. Although it pains me to have such an inept governor in charge, it was up to the Court to let him know that he was not a KING. Thrown out on a technicality. I am glad we aren't going down this money pit myself, but I worry what he will attack next -- SunRail, FEC-AMTRAK, or Amtrak in general. Sure hope this guy never makes it to DC.

Maybe he'll stub his toe and make it to DC after all; Department of Corrections as an inmate!
