    Now that King Scott has refused HSR (which was a good thing) I would not bet a milkshake on the future of SunRail, TriRail, Amtrak, or any passenger rail having a future in Florida, at least for the next 4 years. In not trying him on the issue of constitutionality, he has pretty much been given a blank check to do whatever he wants in cutting programs, initiatives, etc, by the court.
