Rural communities have too much power in Tallahasse and that needs to be reversed. That's why cities cannot have local elections in places like Tampa to have a city sales tax for public transportation or, for a number of predominately urban areas to form a joint powers board to have good rail systems, like those in California such as the Capitol corridor, Metrolink, and others.
