New Tampa Bay Rays Ballpark Could Be Built Across From Tampa Union Station

Lots of variables (such as whether or not the team will even leave St. Petersburg), but it is Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn's favorite site. This could, in turn, have a positive impact on regional commuter rail to the area.

    Should the CSX line be bought for rail transit, bringing rail to Tropicana Field should be no problem.
