    If there is no money available to add hardware to train coaches so passengers can have something to hang on to, then the more sensible thing to do would be to add another coach to the train. Why have those coaches just sit in the yard for another couple of years while waiting for the extension to open? FDOT and SunRail need to get away from the thought of trying to run this thing on the cheap before they lose a lot of potential riders.
