    If the median space of I-4 is being reserved for a potential high-speed rail route between Orlando and Tampa, it sounds like this would be the perfect spot to bring that All Aboard Florida train to Tampa Bay as a route expansion. They could avoid problems of dealing with CSX and that should minimize NIMBY opposition over things like train noise and trains blocking crossings.
