    Driving has become more dangerous with increased use of cell phones and other hand-held communications devices. Another factor that may come into play could include the legalization of marijuanna. Cars are going to cost more should VMT(vehicle-miles-traveled) become a new revenue source as installng the satellite tracking devise will not be cheap!
