Article on Passenger Rail Service On Florida East Coast Railway

This article from Florida Today seems to suggest that the All Aboard Florida proposal and the long-discussed Amtrak service over the Florida East Coast Railway are mutually exclusive.

As every FCRP member knows, they are not. Conventional passenger rail service and the All Aboard Florida service would compliment each other, just as conventional trains and high speed rail do today in countries like Spain and France.
