    Maybe Mica ought to take a look at some of the failed toll roads here in Florida instead. The Veterans Expressway was to have been paid off in 10 years-it has not. The Suncoast Parkway was to have relieved traffic congestion on I-75 and US-19-it has not. If the money that was spent on new toll roads was spent on the rail projects instead, we would have a decent alternative to driving instead of choosing between a clogged crumbling freeway or paying tolls for greedway that was built out of luxury, not necessity, since very few people use it.
