Candidate Romney Makes Speech from Cincinnati Union Terminal

Candidate for President Mitt Romney recently rallied supporters at the historic Cincinnati Union Terminal, which hosts an Amtrak station serving the Cardinal, as well as a large museum facility.

Romney has, of course, called for the elimination of Amtrak funding. Rail supporters will find some irony in the former governor's choice of venues.

From the Cincinnati Enquirer:

Gosh, election years are interesting...

Don't forget, Romeny also wants to eliminate funding for the arts, too. No surprise that would probably close the doors to Cincinnati Union Station to be torn down and replaced with big box stores or caSINos.
